Full Factory Service
WARRANTY — HOW IT WORKS.
Momentum offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a base period of two (2) years after original purchase from an authorized Momentum dealer. The warranty can be extended in 2-year increments, to a maximum of 6 years, by getting a Factory Full Service. Our warranty means that if the materials in your watch aren’t right, or if the watch isn’t put together correctly, we’ll repair or replace it, at our option. But, please note that we don’t cover normal wear-and-tear, batteries, worn-out straps or bracelets, scratched or cracked crystals, dents or impact damage to the watch case, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture, push the buttons underwater, or open the caseback. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so hold on to your receipt. Momentum will not accept a warranty claim or repair request if a watch has evidence of abuse, excessive wear or misuse.
FACTORY FULL SERVICE & EXTENDING YOUR WARRANTY.
When we do a Factory Full Service on your watch, we replace the battery, lubricate or replace the o-ring seals, then reseal the case and test it to its original waterproof specification. Our Factory Full Service includes the cost of shipping your watch back to you AND extends your original base warranty for an additional 2 years, to a maximum of 6 years from date of purchase.
